名词可分为专有名词和普通名词。专有名词:指特定的或独一无二的人或物,它的第一个字母要大写。专有名词人名、尊称、头衔Amy, Peter，Mr. Zhang, Suhai...国名、地名、山河名称China(中国) London（伦敦）Pacific Ocean（太平洋）星期、月份、节日Christmas




名词可分为专有名词和普通名词。普通名词:表示一类人或东西或是一个抽象概念的名称。




可数名词是表示能够计算的人或物的名称,通常有单数和复数形式。可数名词的单数一般在名词前加 a 或 an来表示。其中a用在辅音读音开头的名词前如a cup, a desk, a university... an用在元音读音开头的名词前,如an apple, an orange, an honest girl...an elephant a girl

名词复数不规则变化规律


集体名词集体名词既可表单数意义,也可表复数意义。当表示一个整体时,谓语动词用单数;当表示整体中具体的人或事时,谓语动词用复数。常用的集体名词:family家庭;家人 class班级;同学 people人民 police警察我有一个幸福的家庭。I have a happy family.我的家人都是音乐迷。My family are all music fans.


复合名词：1.两个词组成的名词词组常在最后一个名词加-sgirl students, twin sisters, apple trees2.如果前面名词是man或woman时,两个名词都变woman doctor- women doctors man worker --- men workers


要点提示1.有些名词只能作单数。例如: news（新闻）, maths（数学）, physics（物理）2.有些名词单数形式,表示复数概念。例如: people 人们, police 警察


要点提示3. 有些名词只有复数形式。例如： scissors 剪刀 trousers 裤子 pants 裤子 shorts 短裤 sunglasses 太阳镜 clothes 衣服 socks 袜子 shoes 鞋子这类词不能用具体的数字修饰,也不能用定冠词a/an,要借助数量词pair(对、双), suit(套),如:一双鞋a pair of shoes


不可数名词










当不可数名词作主语时,谓语动词一般用单数形式。There is some coffee in the cup.杯子里有一些咖啡。






只可以修饰可数名词的词：many，a few， few只可以修饰不可数名词的词：much, a little, little即可以修饰可数名词又可以修饰不可数名词的词：some, any, a lot of , lots of修饰名词的词
