Unit 4 I have a pen palPart A单元教材内容:本单元为教材第四单元,围绕询问和描述他人的兴趣和爱好的话题展开,与教材创设的情景(询问笔友爱好的小对话和一个趣味故事)相整合,能够使学生更好的感知、体验和操练此话题。六年级学生在生活中对此交际话题并不陌生,本单元的教学重点是有关此话题的英语表达和一般现在时的简单用法。主要句型包括“What are...hobbies?/ He likes.../ Does he live in...?/ No, he doesn’t./ Does he like... and...?/ Yes, he does.”等。学生之前接触过短语”like doing sth.”,所以大部分学生可以运用”like doing sth.”造句子。但是对”What are ... hobbies?”的答语却不甚了解,所以需要大量的情景对话操练来加以加强,帮助学生内化课本语言并锻炼他们的语言组织能力和口语表达能力,进一步培养学生综合运用语言的能力。单元教学目标:【知识与能力目标】1.能够听、说、认读下列单词:studies, puzzle, hiking; 词组:pen pal, hobby, jasmine,idea, amazing, shall等。2.通过对话学习并能够掌握主要句型:What are Peter’s hobbies?/ He likes readingstories./ Does he live in Sydney?/ No, he doesn’t./ Does he like doing word puzzles andgoing hiking?/ Yes, he does. 等;能够进一步掌握一般现在时的一般疑问句及其答语;能够本单元中动词的第三人称单数形式和动词-ing形式及其一般变化规律。3.学会唱一首英文歌”My new pen pal.”了解一句谚语:”A friend in need is a friendindeed”。4.通过形式多样的交际活动内化课文语言,并用其询问和简单介绍他人的兴趣和爱好培养良好的语言交际能力。第 1 页


【过程与方法目标】能够在积极思考和解决问题的过程中学习语言,以解决问题的愉悦心情提高学生的学习热情。【情感态度价值观目标】1.通过学习本单元进一步提高学生的学习热情,帮助他们养成更加稳固的学习习惯;培养学生有益于健康的兴趣和爱好;培养学生积极主动参与课堂、大胆开口的能力。2.通过学习不同的爱好,如游泳、阅读、练习功夫等,了解世界各国不同的风土人情,培养学生跨文化交际意识。第一课时1.教学内容:Main scene/A Let’s try/ Let’s talk2.教学目标:(1)能够正确听、说、认读与爱好有关的英文表达,如:What are ...hobbies?和 He/She likesdoing...。(2)能够正确听、说、认读单词和词组,如: pen pal, hobby, jasmine, idea.。(3)能够听懂、会说、会表演Main scene和Let’s talk的内容,并能在真实场景中运用所学语言询问和描述他人的兴趣和爱好。(4)能够提高口语表达能力和语言组织能力,并能进行积极的思考和大胆的创新,提高自主学习的能力。3.教学重点:(1)能够表演并内化Main scene和Let’s talk中的交际内容。(2)能够在真实的语境中运用有关兴趣和爱好的问答句: What are... hobbies?/ He likes...交流。4.教学难点:学生能大胆创编和表演询问和描述他人兴趣 、爱好的小对话。第 2 页
